The Bedford Varsity girls soccer team lost a 7-1 decision at Ann Arbor Huron Thursday evening to fall to 0-4-1 on the season. Junior goalkeeper Grace Brown was solid in goal making 10 saves as the Kicking Mules were out-shot 32-6. Lia Manera netted the lone Bedford goal off an assist from Cara Stang in the 56th minutes. The River Rats led 3-0 at halftime and added three more goals in the first 12 minutes of the second half.
Bedford will host Skyline on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
