Bedford Freshman baseball went 2-1 on the day at the Farmington Freshman Tournament beating Southgate Anderson 12-2 in 5 innings and Farmington 4-3 in pool play. Bedford lost to Hartland in the championship 14-5.
Alex Huss picked up the pitching win in the first game, striking out 3. Griffin Geiger went 2-3 with a single, double and 3 RBI's. Jordan Rozek was 2-3 with a single, double, 2 runs and 3 RBI's.
Kyle Hennessey earned the pitching win in the second game striking out 8. Brad South picked up the save. Cameron Hammer went 2-2 with 2 singles and 1 RBI. Alex Huss was 2-3 with 2 singles, 2 runs and 1 RBI.
Austin Patlin took the loss in the third game. Cole Marciniak went 1-2 with a single, 1 run and 2 RBI's. Garrett Sexton was 2-3 with a single, double and 1 run.
