The Bedford Kicking Mules boys cross country team competed in the Norm Bray Invitational in Fremont, Ohio, placing third in a field of 14 teams.
Senior Noah Scheffer led the team, finishing 8th overall (17:26), followed by seniors Steven Kraine (19th overall in 18:03) and Jake Reaume (22nd overall in 18:05). Rounding out the scoring for the Mules were sophomore Aidan Burns (25th overall in a personal best of 18:08) and junior Noah Bock (31st in 18:34). Other top finishers included Seth Oxer (32nd) and Seth Murphy (33rd) in 18:35 and 18:36 respectively.
The Mules will compete in the Golden Grizzly High School Inivitational 4K at Oakland University on Friday, August 31.
