The Bedford boys cross country team placed fifth in the SEC Red Division Jamboree #2 on September 24.
Sophomore Collin Balla led the way for the Kicking Mules, placing 23rd in a personal best time of 17:14. Sophomore Alex Ortiz (27th in 17:22), junior Aidan Burns (33rd in 17:40), senior Noah Bock (40th in 18:09), and senior Ryan Gore (running a PR of 18:16 and finishing in 42nd) rounded out the scoring for the Mule Pack.
In the JV race, freshman Josh Gagne led the way for Bedford, finishing 24th in 18:26. Other reserve runners who put in great performances were Ryan Prielipp (19:50), Anthony Kruszka (20:22), Grant Yeager (22:28), and Carter Miller (23:26).
