Boys XC competes in Mel Brodt Invitaitional at BG

The Bedford Boys Cross Country team placed 7th in a field of 12 teams competing at the Mel Brodt Cross Country Invitational at Bowling Green State University, on Saturday.
The top finisher for the Kicking Mules was senior Alex Ortiz (3rd overall) in a personal best of 16:41. Senior Collin Balla (28th overall), junior Josh Gagne (36th), freshman Aiden Ortiz (39th) and senior Preston Ulery (48th), rounded out the scoring for the Mules.
In the JV race, Other impressive performances were turned in by senior Miles Przybylski, freshmen Nick Balla and Sawyer Ulery, and sophomores Jack Durivage, John Ball, and Nathan Gillespie.
The Mules compete next on September 11 at the Tiffin Cross Country Carnival in Tiffin, Ohio.
