Bedford's freshman volleyball played very well at the Bedford JV Invitational on Saturday, placing first in the Silver bracket. The freshman team went 4-2 for the day with the following results:

Vs. Canton: 15-25, 16-25 (L)
Vs. Churchill: 23-25, 19-25 (L)
Vs. Jefferson: 25-17, 25-21 (W)
Vs. Jefferson: 25-18, 25-23 (W)
Vs. Ida: 25-22, 25-19 (W)
Vs. Dexter: 24-26, 25-17, 16-14 (W)

Katrina Reynolds led the team offensively with 18 kills out of Bedford's 81 for the day. Bedford had 155 digs led by Erica Woodson with 50 and Katrina Reynolds with 39. Koryn King set well throughout the day with an assist percentage of 33%. Bedford's freshman team now has a record of 21-4-4.
