Bedford's Freshman volleyball team took first in Ann Arbor Huron's Invitational today, defeating Saline in the finals. Bedford went 5-0-1 with the following scores:
Blissfield: 25-14, 25-17 (W)
Chelsea: 21-21, 19-25 (S)
Airport: 25-10, 25-20 (W)
Milford: 25-8, 25-17 (W)
Airport: 25-16, 25-18 (W)
Saline: 21-25, 25-20, 15-11 (W)
Bedford had 95 kills led by Mackenzie Fuleky with 23 and Katrina Reynolds with 19. Ali led the team defensively with 39 digs, followed by Erica Woodson with 23. Bedford had a total of 132 digs for the day. Bedford's overall record is now: 26-4-5.
