Bedford played at the JV Saline Invitational today and lost a hard battle against Saline in the finals. Great team effort all day. The JV volleyball team's record is now 30-1-1.

Pool play defeated the following teams:

vs. Lincoln 25-6 and 25-10

vs. Wyandotte Roosevelt 25-9 and 25-16

vs. Airport 25-12 and 25-13

Semi finals defeated Brighton 25-11, 22-25 and 15-5

Final lost to Saline 25-27, 27-25 and 12-15

Offensively, Heidi Fausze led the team with 27 kills and Emma Renius had 23 kills of the teams 113 total kills for the day.

Madisyn King had 84 assists for the day along with 16 kills and 36 service points (8 aces).

Kristen Sharp (55 digs and 19 serving points) and Tayler Haberland (48 digs and 23 serving points) played

well defensively. The team had a total of 213 digs for the day.
