The Bedford JV Volleyball team was runner up in the Gold bracket this weekend at the Ann Arbor Huron Invitational. They went 5-1 on the day losing to Canton in the finals 23-25, 24-26.

In pool play defeated the following:
Dexter 25-9, 25-11
Rochester 25-5, 25-7
John Glen 25-7, 25-15
Quarter finals defeated Chelsea 22-25, 25-10, 15-5
Semi finals defeated Ann Arbor Huron 22-25, 25-18, 15-12
Finals lost to Canton 23-25, 24-26
Offensively at the net, Heidi Fausze led the team with 32 kills and Emma Renius had 26 kills and 6 blocks. Kristen Sharp (62 digs) and Taylor Haberland (47 digs) led the team defensively.
Serving well for the Mules was Molly Vogel and Amelia Heiserman each with 41 serving points.
Molly Vogel had 97 assists.
The JV volleyball team's record is now 59-2-2. Their last match of the season is at home this Tuesday.
