Bedford freshman baseball swept a doubleheader at St. John’s 12-3 in the first game and 2-1 in the second game.
Brady Pridgeon pitched well in the first game to pick up the win striking out 7 and only giving up 4 hits. Niko Schmeider went 2-3 with 2 singles, a walk, 2 runs and 2 RBI’s.
Connor Laskey earned the victory in the second game striking out 9 and only giving up 2 hits. Blaise Volpi went 2-3 with 2 singles. Kamren Smith and Ethan Gruhler each had an RBI.
