Bedford Freshman Baseball swept a double header against Woodhaven 5-1 and 13-3 in 5 innings.
Ty Kirk pitched a complete first game to pick up the win striking out 9 and only giving up 4 hits. Hunter Hurley went 2-3 with 2 singles, 1 run and 2 RBI's. Kamren Smith and Noah Krauss both went 1-3 with key singles in the bottom of the 6 inning that led to scoring 5 runs.
Blaise Volpi earned the victory in the second game striking out 6 and only allowing 3 hits. Brady Pridgeon went 2-2 with a single, double, hit by pitch, 2 runs and 3 RBI's. Chase Harrell was 2-3 with 2 singles, 1 run and 2 RBI's.
