Bedford hosted the Eagles from AA Skyline on an an evening of SEC basketball.
Bedford started off quick but held a one point lead at the half. The game stayed close throughout and the Mules held off to win 42-38 to move to 1-1 in SEC play and 3-1 overall.
The Mules had a balanced scoring effort and a stingy defense to help pace the win.
