On Saturday, eight of the Bedford Varsity swimmers competed at the MISCA meet. This meet requires a qualification time and is basically a form of a three division state meet. It is always a great meet for our team and this year it was no different. 

200 Medley Relay of Zoldowski, Alex Sancrant, Noah Scheffer and Micah Scheffer   finished 8th overall with a Season pr. 1:39

200 Freestyle- Senior Noah Scheffer had a 3 second PR, Finished 12th and qualified for D2 states. 
200 IM- Soph. Thomas Zoldowsk had a 1 second PR 1:57  and finished 6th. Freshman Ethan Tennant 2:11
50 Free- Freshman Micah Scheffer 8th 22.00, and  Soph. Ian Metter 22.72  Just missed state cut by .03
100 Butterfly -Noah Scheffer Finished 4th with a 52.69, just a tenth off of his School Record set last year at the state meet. 
100 Free- Micah Scheffer set a new school record and finished 5th 47.84, Ian Metter had a PR 50.5, 
200 Free Relay- Gavin Guenther PR (23.35), Ethan Tennant PR(25.11), Jeffery Pauli PR(23.93) and Ian Metter PR(22.3) Finished 36th with a 2 second drop in time. 
100 Backstroke- Thomas Zoldowski 5th with a 2 second PR 54.11
400 Freestyle Relay- Noah Scheffer PR (48.13), Ian Metter, Thomas Zoldowski, and Micah Scheffer   Finished 3rd with a Season PR of 3:15
