Cole Mason scored at 2:17 into overtime as Bedford won a wild game against SMCC in the consolation game of the SMCC tournament. The Mules built an early lead and appeared headed for an easy win. But each team scored four second period goals to make things interesting. The Mules trailed 4-3 at one point, but recorded three of the last four goals to secure the victory. Mason also scored the first Bedford goal, and was joined by Jimmy Fuleky, Joey Nagle, Darren Common, and Tyler Lanz with tallies.
