Jacob Nelson scored with 1:24 remaining in the game to give Bedford a 3-2 win over Chelsea, the first time that has ever happened in Bedford history. The Mules got off to a fast start with two first period goals by Darren Common and Nelson. The Bulldogs chipped away at the lead and eventually tied the game late in the second period. But this time the Chelsea jinx finally didn't doom Bedford.
