The January thaw continues with the fourth straight loss this month, but it was a thriller. Darren Common gave the Mules an early lead over Ann Arbor Skyline, but going into the third period Bedford trailed 3-1. Late goals by Joey Nagle and Jimmy Fuleky sent the game into overtime. Both teams played cautiously to protect the tie, only to see the Eagles plant the game winner with 2:25 remaining.
