After falling into a hole three goals deep in the first period, the Mules eventually clawed their way back to a 5-5 tie, only to give up a shorthanded goal to Pinckney late in the game. Five different Bedford players scored. Jake Dubendorfer made it a 3-1 game early in the second period. Colin Dirkmaat made it 4-2, then Cole Mason brought it down to a one goal deficit just six seconds into the third period. Goals by Lukas Stevens and Jimmy Fuleky got Bedford even on the scoreboard.
