CoEd Junior High Cross Country
JHS Girls Cross Country conditioning begins this week Wednesday 8/7 and Friday 8/9 starting at 9am at the big tree behind the junior high school.
Please come prepared to run with the proper attire and make sure to bring a water bottle and anything else necessary for a successful start to the season.
In order to participate for the team this season everyone must have a physical on file with the athletic department dated April 15, 2019 or more recent. Anything dated before this or from last school year is no longer valid and must be updated.
The Junior High BOYS cross country team is conditioning on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 9-10AM.
