Boys Varsity Tennis traveled to Walled Lake Central

Bedford boys varsity tennis made long trip to Walled Lake Central for first time meeting in tennis. Walled Lake Central’s league plays a fifth doubles spot as opposed to our usual 4 doubles and it proved the deciding match as Bedford won 5-4. Bedford swept all 5 doubles flights in straight sets with 5th doubles team of Isaac Hinkleman and Max Benore being the deciding match to secure the win. Singles flights of 1singles Jaxon Nejedlik and 3singles Bryce Bialorucki both played well going to 3rd set but couldn’t get over the top to pull out a singles win. The team’s depth really showed thru as the team gears up for some tough Ann Arbor schools the next few matches.
