The JV Mules defeated Ypsilanti 40 to nothing last Saturday at Whitmer. Luke Beadle, Brady Nowak, and Jacob Herbster all scored rushing touchdowns behind excellent blocking by Jacob Curtis, Parker Eason, Drew Nelson, Trevor Carr and Sawyer Beard. Tyler Norton caught a 2 point conversion, and Ahmad Farah, Ben German, and Gabe Caris also contributed key pass completions from Beadle. Bryce Krimmel added two PATs.
On defense, David Jeffers returned an interception for a TD and the defense dominated the Grizzlies all afternoon. Markus Bowen had an interception. Levi Elarton, Ian Tyberski, Alex Pisanti, Logan Santiago and Krimmel all contributed to the stellar team defense.
