JV football gives Monroe there first loss

The Mules finish their SEC schedule undefeated (4-0-1; 6-1-1 overall) while dealing the Trojans their first loss of the season. Ian Tyberski scored both TDs and Bryce Krimmels PATS turned out to be the difference in this hard fought game. Brady Nowak, Luke Beadle, Seth Dolan and Jared Floyd all contributed big plays on the ground and Ben German chipped in a 40 catch and run of his own.
The defense contained the high scoring Trojans most of the night. Markus Bowen, Zach Putnam, Jarrod Hendricks, Bryce Krimmel & Jacob Herbster were all standouts on defense. Logan Santiago caused a fumble that was recovered by Dolan.
