Cheerleading Physicals must be updated - Final Forms notice to Cheer parents

All students who plan to tryout for cheer leading at the end of this month must have an updated physical. (After April 15, 2019)
PLEASE READ:
Cheer Parents,
You may receive a Final Forms notice that your physical does not expire for another two months. This only applies to fall sports programs that conduct their tryouts in August of 2019. Sideline Cheer tryouts are this spring and require an updated physical before participation is allowed. We apologize if this causes any confusion. We are in contact with Final Forms to attempt to stop any misleading information.
