PLEASE READ: COVID-19 Update for MHSAA Boys Swimming & Diving Championships

Updated on 06/10/2022

This pertains to all three Divisions of the MHSAA Boys Swimming & Diving Championships to be held at Oakland University and Holland Aquatic Center on March 13-14, 2020.

The Michigan High School Athletic Association is planning to conduct all remaining winter postseason tournaments as scheduled.  However, based on the recommendations from Gov. Gretchen Whitmer this afternoon, this weekend’s Swimming & Diving Finals will be held as scheduled at Oakland University and the Holland Aquatic Center, but will be conducted with no on-site spectators.  All events at both Swim Final locations will be streamed live at MHSAA.tv.

The only individuals permitted to enter the venue for the events this weekend will be:

·         qualified participants,

·         assigned officials and meet workers,

·         credentialed media and

·         varsity coaches.

Up-to-date information on this, and other MHSAA tournament plans will be posted as necessary to the MHSAA Website at https://www.mhsaa.com/coronavirus

We recognize that this is an extremely difficult and unique situation for all involved. We are grateful to Oakland University and Holland Aquatic Center for their willingness to provide our swimmers and divers with a Championship experience, despite the challenges present.  Thank you for your support and cooperation during this unprecedented situation.
